REVIEW

Alison Burchert Tiptree

First time at the club to see one of my favourite bands 'Soul Kitchen' January 21st 2017. I was dubious to start with when we walked in as it looked very tiny and wondered where the band would be set up but having walked through the very long bar to the end room, it opened up into a great set up. Perfectly laid out area of tables to socialise with a great view of the band area. Large dance floor with no one having to walk across it to get to toilets/bar etc as with some pubs.
Well worth the £5 entrance fee as the club stayed open long after the band had finished. My main objective for the visit was to see the band and dance all night, which my friend and I certainly did! But having the other bars situated at the front of the pub, you can also have a fairly quite and social night away from the party. I will keep a look out for more events at the club in the future and recommend more of my favourite bands to play there.
