The club is 90 years old this year, so to celebrate this magnificent event a group of enthusiastic members got together to arrange a week of activities & entertainment for the club & it's members.
It all started over a year ago when the group of us got together and decided that they would like to fundraise, so that there would be no cost to the club. £3000
was the target that they set themselves.
So thank you to all those members that helped to in the fundraising .
What a great night the best Open Mic Night ever. The hall looked fantastic, like a night club. With lots of members enjoying some great music. I would like to say thank you to our three judges, not an easy job. Kat, Ian, Frank, Russell for doing a what he does best
& to Sammy for comparing the nights entertainment. Also there is a big thank you to all our constestants for making the night so special.

What a great day, the team got together ready to host the kids party. Over 30 kids descended on the club and they were entertained by Mr Magic. Thanks to Jan Cornell for spending the time face painting the kids, there was a craft table for them to bring out their talents in various art forms. Prizes were awarded for the best crafted object. (Thanks to Jackie and the team)
In the evening we were entertained by one of the best bands around, all local musicians Soul Kitchen. What a night all those members that came had a great time.
Thers was a £90 Free draw, Congratualtions gose to Wendy
Our Family fun day was not so much fun due to the weather, but those of us who braved the elements we had a very good time.
